Childcare Choices
Childcare choices is a central website that you can use to sign up for a variety of things such as tax free childcare, 2 year funded and 30 hours funding when you child turns 3.
ICON
ICON stands for the following:
I- Infant crying is normal and it will stop!
C- Comfort methods can sometimes soothe the baby and te crying will stop.
O- It's Ok to walk away if you have checked the baby is safe and the crying is getting to you.
N- Never, ever shake or hurt a baby.
The website offers advice and will signpost you to support services.
NSPCC
The NSPCC website has lots of advice on keeping children safe and offers a support line for if you are worried a child is being abused.
If you feel the child is in immediate danger, please call 999.

Talk PANTS
With the help of our friendly dinosaur Pantosaurus, Talk PANTS is a simple conversation to help keep your child safe from sexual abuse.
It helps children understand their bodies belong to them and who they can talk to.
Safer Sleep for Babies
The lullaby trust have lots of tips and support for parents to promote safer sleeping for babies.
They also have a specific area for new and expectant Dad's with lots of advice.
Car Seat Safety
The gov.uk website has all the information you need in regards to car seat safety.
Children should be using a seat until they are 12 years old or 135cm tall, whichever comes first.
